Notes on *First Child - FOC Special Offer:

1. Valid only until March 31, 2008.
2. To avail of First Child - FOC, minimum number of adults per family = two (2), otherwise, First Child will be charged FULL child rate.
3. First Child - FOC must stay in the same cottage as child's parents or the rest of the child's family, otherwise First Child will be charged FULL child rate.
4. First Child - FOC must have the same surname as the child's parents.
5. First Child - FOC Special Offer does not include airfare, insurance surcharge and airport fees.

*The resort reserves the right to schedule activities as it deems fit, especially since some activities may be unavailable due to inclement weather and/or unfavorable tidal conditions. Guests' safety always be considered in organizing these activities. THE RESORT OBSERVES NO-TIPPING POLICY.

Note: Guests may avail of Optional Activities aside form the resort-programmed activities at extra cost, such as: second and more introductory dives; cave cocktails, special lunch arrangement, special dinner arrangement, scuba diving; trolling, etc.

For Certified Divers availing of Scuba Diving, please be reminded of the following:

1. Each dive includes:
   a. Use of boat, tank, lead weights, weight belt, mask, fins and snorkel
   b. Services of a professional Divemaster or Scuba Instructor
2. Their first dive will be a checkout dive in the resort's house reef.
3. Guests are required to bring their C-card (diving license) or their logbook (with records of their training dives). Please note that they will NOT be allowed to dive without either or these requirements.
4. Rental of BCD, regulator, and wetsuite are NOT included in the rates.
5. Baggage allowance on the plane is 10 kgs. per passenger. The corresponding excess baggage fee of the airline will apply.
6. All dives are no-decompression dives. The resort strictly prohibits spear fishing and collection of shells and corals.
